INVESTORS

We typically purchase each property through a newly formed limited partnership.  Qualified persons may be invited to invest in the limited partnerships to fund a portion of the purchase price.  The driving force behind Allegiance is our intense focus on exceeding investor expectations. Not only does Allegiance seek to exceed investor expectations, but also on how we communicate with our investors. As we receive pertinent information regarding a specific property we quickly distribute it to each investor.
