TAILOR FINANCIAL AND TAX REPORTS
Our corporate office uses Spectra, an accounting and property asset management software that allows us to provide investors with detailed financial reports. We can provide tailored reporting for trusts, funds, and individuals as necessary. Spectra also supplies our team with the necessary information to prepare quarterly management reports and any required tax information. Our seasoned professionals also prepare investors’ K1s at tax season. All documents can be provided in the most convenient format for our investors…hard copies, burned CD’s, PDF’s, or downloads from the website.
