TERRITORY
Allegiance’s territory is national; however, as we acquire an asset in a particular location we are always interested in additional acquisitions in the same market. This creates economies of scale. Our preferred markets are secondary and tertiary mainly in the southeast, southwest, New England (CT, MA, NY, NJ, RI), Ohio, and Texas.
We currently have properties, and are always looking for more, in Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, San Antonio, Austin, Albuquerque, Cincinnati, Dayton, and northern New Jersey.
