Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, the Company has acquired over 7 million square feet of commercial real estate, invested over $125 million of self-raised equity and generated a weighted IRR in excess of 30%. The Company's current portfolio is valued in excess of $400 million and consists of 3.5 million square feet of commercial real estate.
